Our commission structure is straightforward and designed to align our success with yours. All commissions are clearly defined below, with full flexibility at the time of offer negotiation where applicable.

Our Commitment to You

This listing engagement is structured to give you both the protection and flexibility you deserve. The following terms govern our working relationship for the duration of the listing period.

Listing Agreement Terms

Duration
9 months from the date of the executed listing agreement.
Cancellation
The listing agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice.
Cancellation Fee
In the event of cancellation, a fee will be assessed to reimburse the listing agent for any documented expenses incurred during the listing period. This may include, but is not limited to: professional photography, asset management costs, and vendor reimbursements.
Reporting
Seller reports and listing performance reviews will be provided every two weeks throughout the listing period.
Showings
All showings will be personally accompanied by the listing agent or a designated colleague.
Post-Contract
Once under contract, the listing broker will coordinate with the property manager, attorneys, and closing companies to ensure a smooth and timely close.
